This policy applies to the desktop application of the Software. Separate terms or policies may apply to distribution pages, sales pages, support channels, or other external services.
2. Information handled by the Software
The Software primarily handles the following information on the user's device:
- Information that the user chooses to load into, enter into, or export from the Software
- Metadata, loop information, and related data contained in or associated with such information
- Settings information and state information stored on the user's device in connection with use of the Software
- Output files and related information written to locations chosen by the user
3. Purposes of use
We handle the information above for the following purposes:
- To provide the functions of the Software
- To retain user-selected settings or state on the user's device and reflect them in later use
- To retain the user's acceptance status for the applicable terms
- To apply user-selected content to output files
4. Local storage
The Software stores settings on the user's device. The storage location, file format, and other implementation details may change depending on the version, operating system, or distribution format.
5. External transmission
The Software does not automatically transmit to us or to third parties the audio files selected within the Software, their metadata, settings data, audio output device names, or other user information.
6. Analytics, advertising, and crash reports
In the current version, the Software does not include usage analytics, advertising identifier collection, telemetry, or automatic crash-report transmission.
7. Disclosure to third parties
Except as described above, we do not provide user information handled by the Software to third parties. This does not apply where disclosure is required by law.
8. User control
Users can manage, modify, or delete the settings file, input/output files, and any metadata contained in them. Uninstalling the Software may not automatically delete output files or other files saved by the user.
9. Changes
We may revise this policy as necessary. Any revised policy becomes effective when published or presented on our website, on the distribution page, or within the Software.
